Our Process
DISCOVERY
You reach out to discuss your project, whether its a New Home, Restaurant, Retail Space or Office. We want to learn what success looks like for you. We will break down clearly our Fees, Services, and Process from start to finish. Then we schedule a meeting in person or a virtual chat to see if we are the right fit for each other.

Week 3-6
KICK OFF
We agree to work together and schedule a Kick Off meeting. Here we take a deeper dive to gather all the key components needed to guide the project forward. From design objectives andlifestyle needs to budget expectations and timelines and reinforcing all your goals and objectives. This helps us build a smoother and deliberate project roadmap.
2.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
months 2-5
Here is where creativity meets precision. We test Ideas and move forward thoughtfully. We begin by shaping a clear vision and functional direction for your project. We work on ideations knowing you and the goals you need to accomplish.

months 5-10
BUILD DRAWINGS
Drawings are the language of the project. Drawings translate our creativity into precise instructions, helping contractors, trades, and consultants understand exactly how every partcomes together. A beautiful design means very little if it cannot be executed properly so construction drawings bridge the gap between imagination and reality.
4.
months 2-5
MATERIAL SELECTION
This is where the personality of the project truly begins to emerge. We carefully curate finishes, textures, colours, fixtures, and surfaces that not only look beautiful individually, but also work together cohesively. From flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tiles, lighting, paint, hardware, and special features we bring together all the moving parts.

months 5-10
CONSTRUCTION COLLABORATION
Great design is about understanding how materials transition, align, age, function, and interact within the space. During construction, we work in collaboration with your people to ensure every finish, detail, and installation is intentional. With us on board, the project benefits from an extra layer of oversight focused entirely on the successful execution of all the material installations while ensuring design compliance.

months 10-20
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
The difference between a good place and a great one is what’s outside the walls. Its the right combination of greenery, lighting, hardscape, textures, and outdoor gathering spaces that cancompletely change how a space functions and feels. Thoughtfully designed outdoor environments makes the building feel connected to its natural surroundings. Great design feels even greater when the landscape is part of the vision.

months 5-10
FINAL INSPECTION
After months of planning and building we’re ready for the final review. We evaluate everything through the lens of the original design vision. We walk through the space to ensure the project has been carried out with the level of care and precision intended from the beginning. At the final we want don’t just want things done but done right.
